Items or end products cannot be registered as a trademark in any territory. This license grants non-exclusive rights; other users can download and use the products, so sole ownership cannot be claimed.
This license cannot be resold or transferred to any third party.
Graphics and patterns cannot be used as a library inside another tool, platform, or application. For instance, if you are developing a tool that allows users to create emails, you cannot embed the downloaded products as resources for these templates, such as allowing users to select their own email background.

Fantastic artist and these kits are the best on Etsy I highly recommend many of the other tattoo related bundles are AI generated junk but not this these are all hand drawn and you can tell Also he includes how to and general drawing pdfs in many of the bundles these are very helpful 10/10
