made for Procreate

This set of numbers includes some unique old gothic reproductions. Individually drawn by hand and scanned to give you a unique vintage lettering feeling when using them for your art. The included grid will make it easy to build your designs in procreate by adding one number in each layer it will let you have tons of possibilities to exprtiment and creating awesome designs!

The goth letters found inside are part of a large collection found in Austria by the swiss border. They are based on the stencils & modeled after historic stencil plates.

The stencils are a truly unique find. The old plates suggest that they were problably not produced industrially but are from real hand crafted signs by an talented typograph designer. These old stencils were very common in different German writing offices from the 14th to the 16th century. The style problably quote the Baroque period. Problably used from the beginning by a sign painter!
